SHIPPING TIME
How long will my order take to be delivered?
Shipping to USA:
+ Processing time: 5-10 business days
+ Shipping time: 10-15 business days
Note: The items you ordered will reach you within 25 days for Standard Shipping
Shipping to Worldwide:
+ Order processing: 7 – 10 business days
+ Standard Shipping: 10 – 28 business days

ORDER TRACKING
How can I track my order?
We will send you the tracking code of your orders to the email that you provided during checkout. This email will also guide you on how to track your package. Please note that tracking information will be displayed 5-7 days after receiving that email.
When will my tracking information appear?
You should see tracking events within 48-72 hours after receiving the tracking number. Initial tracking may take time to show up once the shipment is handed over.
Why can’t I track my order?
Tracking information may be delayed for 5-7 days after updating. If you cannot find information about your package initially, please check again later.
Why is my shipment status unchanged?
Shipment delays can occur due to various factors like weather incidents or customs. Tracking information may only appear once the order starts shipping.

How can I pay for my order?
We offer secure payment options via PayPal, Credit Card, Debit Card, or VISA. All products are listed in USD, but the system will convert currency for you at checkout.
Which currency are you using?
Our prices are set in USD, and currency conversion will be automatic at checkout.

How to place an order?
Select your favorite products, then click "ADD TO CART" and "Proceed to Checkout". Enter your information and payment details, and that's it!
How can I modify my order?
If you need to change anything, please contact us at support@gear4fansport.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

What if I received a defective/damaged item?

What if I chose the wrong size?
We have a sizing chart for each product. If you chose the wrong size, contact us within 12 hours of ordering.
Note: We don’t offer refunds or returns for incorrect size choices.
