1. Cancel/Modify
If you need to cancel or modify your order, you can do so within 24 hours of placing it.
Please email us at
support@gear4fansport.com to modify or cancel your order.
If you cancel the order, a fee of
(2.9% + $0.30) will be charged. This is a payment gateway fee, and we do not retain this fee.
2. Replace Products
If the item is not as described (wrong color, design, size, style, or poor quality), please provide proof, and we will resend a replacement at no additional cost. Be sure to check our sizing charts on product pages before ordering.
3. Returns
You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it if the product is damaged, incorrect, or of poor quality, or if the packaging was tampered with. Eligible items can be returned for a full refund or replacement.
Note: We do not accept returns for personalized products customized by you or for wrong choices of size, color, or type. Please email us at
support@gear4fansport.com with your issue and a picture of the item within 30 days of receiving it.
4. Refunds
If you don’t receive your product within 45 business days of purchase, we will issue a full refund. If there is an issue with your order, and it’s our fault, we will refund 100% of your payment.

support@gear4fansport.com. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on the form of payment.
NOTE: We typically do not accept refunds or replacements due to customer mistakes such as incorrect size, design, or color selection. Make sure to preview your design carefully as all printing files are generated exactly as shown in the preview.
Also, please allow for up to a 20% difference between advertised images and the actual item received, as lighting during photography or display settings may cause slight color variations.
