Canvas/Poster orders cannot be delivered to PO boxes. If your order is personalized or needs modifications, it may take extra time for the designer to make the changes. Shipping times may also be delayed due to Covid-19 by 5-7 business days.

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is shipped. If no information is available when you track your package, it means the carrier has not processed it yet. If your order is delayed, please contact us, and we will assist you.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If incorrect or missing information is detected, we may contact you, which could delay your delivery. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses or returned to sender.

1. Cancel/Modify

If you need to cancel or modify your order, you can do so within 24 hours of placing it. Please email us at [store_email] to modify or cancel your order. If you cancel the order, a fee of (2.9% + $0.30) will be charged. This is a payment gateway fee, and we do not retain this fee.

2. Replace Products

If the item is not as described (wrong color, design, size, style, or poor quality), please provide proof, and we will resend a replacement at no additional cost. Be sure to check our sizing charts on product pages before ordering.

3. Returns

You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it if the product is damaged, incorrect, or of poor quality, or if the packaging was tampered with. Eligible items can be returned for a full refund or replacement. Note: We do not accept returns for personalized products customized by you or for wrong choices of size, color, or type. 4. Refunds

If you don’t receive your product within 45 business days of purchase, we will issue a full refund. If there is an issue with your order, and it’s our fault, we will refund 100% of your payment. NOTE: We typically do not accept refunds or replacements due to customer mistakes such as incorrect size, design, or color selection. Make sure to preview your design carefully as all printing files are generated exactly as shown in the preview. Also, please allow for up to a 20% difference between advertised images and the actual item received, as lighting during photography or display settings may cause slight color variations.
