You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it if the product is damaged, incorrect, or of poor quality, or if the packaging was tampered with. Eligible items can be returned for a full refund or replacement. Note: We do not accept returns for personalized products customized by you or for wrong choices of size, color, or type. If you don’t receive your product within 45 business days of purchase, we will issue a full refund. If there is an issue with your order, and it’s our fault, we will refund 100% of your payment. To request a refund, please email us at support@gear4fansport.com. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on the form of payment.
NOTE: We typically do not accept refunds or replacements due to customer mistakes such as incorrect size, design, or color selection. Make sure to preview your design carefully as all printing files are generated exactly as shown in the preview.
Also, please allow for up to a 20% difference between advertised images and the actual item received, as lighting during photography or display settings may cause slight color variations.
